Who we are

Soulread is operated by Withyou Inc. For any privacy question or request, email support@withyou.club.

Your photo stays on your device

When you scan your palm or face, the photo is analysed by software running in your browser. The photo, its pixels and the detailed landmark points are never uploaded to our servers or sent to any AI model.

So that your report can show your scan again, your browser keeps the photo in its own storage on your device. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes it.

What we collect

• Details you enter: your first name and birth date.
• Photo-free measurements: numbers the scan produces, such as the length and clarity of each palm line, hand proportions, or face proportion ratios, with confidence scores.
• Your report: the text written for you from those measurements.
• Purchase details: Dodo Payments processes your payment as merchant of record. We receive your email address, the amount and the payment status. We never see or store your card details.
• Technical data: a one-way hash of your IP address to prevent abuse, and standard server logs kept for a short time for security.

How your report is written

Your report is written by Google's Gemini models through Google Cloud Vertex AI. We send only the photo-free measurements, your first name, your age and your astrological profile (sun sign with its element and modality, ruling planet, moon phase at birth and life path number, calculated from your birth date on our servers). We never send your photo, birth date or email. Under Google Cloud's terms, this data is not used to train Google's models.

How we use your information

• To create your reading, write your report and let you return to it.
• To email the private link to your reading to the address you gave at checkout, and to send it again when you ask.
• To take payment, provide refunds and answer support requests.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

Analytics and advertising measurement

Only if you accept when you first visit, we use Mixpanel to understand which steps of a reading people reach, and the Meta Pixel to measure which of our ads bring visitors and purchases. These tools receive page views and journey steps (for example that a scan finished or a reading was unlocked), the reading type, an age band and your sun sign. They never receive your photo, name, birth date, email, measurements or the text of your reading.

If you decline, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, neither tool is loaded. You can change your choice at any time with "Analytics preferences" at the foot of every page.

Who processes data for us

• Vercel hosts the website.
• Neon hosts our database.
• Google Cloud writes report text from measurements.
• Dodo Payments handles checkout, payment, tax and refunds as merchant of record.
• Amazon Web Services sends our emails (Amazon SES).
• Mixpanel provides product analytics, with your consent.
• Meta measures advertising through the Meta Pixel, with your consent.

These providers may process data in countries other than yours, under contractual safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep your reading and report so your link keeps working, until you ask us to delete them. Payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete the information we hold about you by emailing support@withyou.club with your reading link. We reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Age

Soulread is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
